How does BYT communicate with members?

With a membership of over 200, sending regular mailings by post is time consuming and expensive. Enrolment forms for the next term are available on our website and handed out to members at the end of the previous term, or sent out in the summer holiday.

The database includes the email addresses provided on enrolment forms. We email information about forthcoming activities, but many of the emails fail. If you receive email information, please pass it on to other members who may not have received it.

Senior youth members of BYT have set up an unofficial BYT page on the Bebo site. This is monitored by the youth representatives on the BYT Board, but is not an officially recognised BYT site. However, it has been extremely useful for the young people to communicate with each other quickly about activities.
